It’s that time of year when the fan base of the Las Vegas Raiders confidence is sky high and the belief is thick.

Fans are even believing in Tyree Wilson.
Let’s face it, the No. 7 overall pick in the 2023 draft has had a slow start to his career. Wilson has had some moments. but in his first two seasons, he hasn’t been consistent at all and hasn’t been able to be trusted as a top-of-the-rotation player at defensive end.
This is a critical year from the Texas Tech product. If Wilson, who has just four career starts and eight sacks in two seasons, doesn’t take a significant step forward in 2025, the Raiders’ brass will likely not exercise his first-year option and make him a free agent in 2027.
, there is some optimism surrounding Wilson. He had a solid preseason and flashed in training camp. He has publicly said he feels the most comfortable he has in the NFL going into this season.
We asked our community members how they felt about Wilson going into his third season. Three quarters of our poll takers believe Wilson, will, indeed, have a quality season in 2025, while 25 percent don’t have belief.
If Wilson does follow through with a big season, it will go a long way to the Las Vegas defense improving. He could be a key. Let’s see if the fans faith in his pays off.
