January 23
2:19 p.m.: Josina Anderson is reporting the Raiders are showing interest in both Pete Carroll and Steve Spagnuolo. Both have interviewed.
2:02 p.m.: The Dallas Cowboys have reportedly informally talked to former Seattle head coach Pete Carroll about the coaching job. No formal interview has been scheduled, according to the report. It has been speculated that Carroll is the favorite to be hired by the Raiders. He also interviewed with Chicago, but that job has been filled.
January 22
7:16 a.m.: There is one less head-coach candidate as Liam Coen is staying in Tampa Bay.
January 21
4:04 p.m.: Aaron Glenn and Lance Newmark, who the Las Vegas Raiders have both interviewed, have left the Jets’ building after interviewing Tuesday. They are considered the favorites to land there.
January 20
11:28 a.m.: Is Ben Johnson getting close to taking the Chicago Bears’ job?
11:20 a.m.: Lance Newmark is having his second interview with the Jets’ for their general manager job. He interviewed the Raiders’ on Sunday.
January 19
7:21 a.m.: Washington assistant general manager Lance Newmark is the sixth known candidate for the Raiders’ GM job. He is close with top Raiders’ coaching candidate Ben Johnson.
January 18
9:00 p.m.: Chargers assistant general manager Chad Alexander will have his second in-person interview on Monday in Las Vegas. The Raiders are narrowing their GM search and presumptively getting close to making a decision.
6:30 p.m.: Brandon Brown, Giants’ assistant general manager, will have an in-person interview on Monday. This will be his second interview after meeting virtually last week.
January 17
12:02 p.m.: The Raiders are reportedly interviewing former Carolina and Washington head coach Ron Rivera for their head-coaching job. He is the eighth known candidate Las Vegas has asked to interview.
11:58 a.m.: The Tennessee Titans are hiring the Chiefs’ Mike Borgonzi as their general manager. Raiders’ candidates Jon-Eric Sullivan and John Spytek were among six finalists for the job. The Raiders and Jets’ GM jobs remain open.
6:39 a.m.: Deion Sanders is reportedly interested in the Raiders’ coaching job. The Raiders are reportedly not interested in him. Raiders’ star Maxx Crosby would be cool if Sanders was his coach, though, and has a long relationship with him.
January 16
6:17 a.m.: The Raiders are interviewing Vance Joseph Thursday and Robert Saleh on Friday for the head-coaching job.
6:01 a.m.: Could the Chiefs be the reason Ben Johnson doesn’t go to Las Vegas, Adam Schefter thinks that may be the case.
January 15
