We’re into the fourth month of the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 offseason after a 2024 season which didn’t go as hoped and the team is looking toward the future with NFL free agency in the second phase and the NFL draft happening through the 24-26th this month. We’re collecting all the news, injury reports, signings, rumors, and everything you need to follow the Raiders and the NFL in the month of April.
We’ll update everything below in reverse chronological order:
April 28
2:10 p.m.: Raiders’ first-round pick Ashton Jeanty has one of the fastest selling jerseys of all draft picks.
April 25
2:30 p.m.: The Raiders cut several players, including 2024 draft pick, cornerback M.J. Devonshire. They are making room on the 90-man roster for undrafted free agent and post-draft free agents.
April 24
1:23 p.m.: The Raiders signed tight end Qadir Ismail. He was undrafted out of Samford in 2024 and spent the 2024 season on Baltimore’s practice squad. He is the nephew of former Raiders’ wide receiver Rocket Ismail.
10:57 a.m.: The Raiders are reportedly not one of the teams to talk to the Miami Dolphins about a trade for cornerback Jalen Ramsey.
6:21 a.m.: Former Seattle standout wide receiver Tyler Lockett is signing with the Tennessee Titans. It had long been expected he’d end up with the Raiders because of his long relationship with coach Pete Carroll. The Raiders could look at the veteran market depending on how the draft unfolds.
April 23
2:19 p.m.: The Raiders have been granted another roster exemption for international player, pass-rusher David Agoha. He has been part of the program since 2023. So, the prospect from Nigeria won’t count on their roster limit as he continues to develop
April 17
10:47 a.m.: Raiders’ legendary offensive lineman Steve Wisniewski will announced their Day 2 draft picks from Green Bay next Friday. How cool.
April 15
1:29 p.m.: In addition to Jalen Ramsey, another successful cornerback Jaire Alexander also could be traded soon.
April 10 (Happy birthday to the late John Madden)
2:38 p.m.: The Eagles signed wide receiver Terrace Marshall, who finished last season with the Raiders. He had three catches in seven games with Las Vegas.
April 9
7:39 a.m.: Add another name to a busy day of pre-draft visits for the Raiders; UCLA linebacker Carson Schwesinger, who would both fill a need and he has history with Raiders’ assistant coach Chip Kelly.
6:46 a.m.: Wednesday is a big day at the Raiders’ headquarters with several top draft prospects visiting, including Ohio State quarterback Will Howard who played under new Las Vegas offensive coordinator Chip Kelly in 2024. Most of these high-profile visits have been reported.
