We’re into the fourth month of the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 offseason after a 2024 season which didn’t go as hoped and the team is looking toward the future with NFL free agency in the second phase and the NFL draft happening through the 24-26th this month. We’re collecting all the news, injury reports, signings, rumors, and everything you need to follow the Raiders and the NFL in the month of April.
We’ll update everything below in reverse chronological order:
April 15
1:29 p.m.: In addition to Jalen Ramsey, another successful cornerback Jaire Alexander also could be traded soon.
April 10 (Happy birthday to the late John Madden)
2:38 p.m.: The Eagles signed wide receiver Terrace Marshall, who finished last season with the Raiders. He had three catches in seven games with Las Vegas.
April 9
7:39 a.m.: Add another name to a busy day of pre-draft visits for the Raiders; UCLA linebacker Carson Schwesinger, who would both fill a need and he has history with Raiders’ assistant coach Chip Kelly.
6:46 a.m.: Wednesday is a big day at the Raiders’ headquarters with several top draft prospects visiting, including Ohio State quarterback Will Howard who played under new Las Vegas offensive coordinator Chip Kelly in 2024. Most of these high-profile visits have been reported.

3:01 p.m.: Kentucky cornerback Maxwell Hairston is visiting the Raiders this week.
1:41 p.m.: Cornerback Jack Jones went unclaimed on waivers Tuesday and is now free to sign with any team.
April 7
1:28 p.m.: The Raiders made the signings of five exclusive rights free agents official.
April 6
7:51 a.m.: The Raiders are reportedly planning to trade or release cornerback Jack Jones.
April 4
2:39 p.m.: First-round bust Trey Lance is getting a chance with the Chargers.
