The Cincinnati Bengals aren’t quite sure which quarterback they will face on Sunday when they take on the New York Jets. Jets’ head coach Aaron Glenn was noncommittal on who would start in Week 8 after Justin Fields was replaced by Tyrod Taylor last week.

Now, Taylor is listed as day-to-day with a knee injury. If Glenn was looking for a spark with his backup, the knee injury could throw off those plans.

When asked if the unknown element of New York’s starting quarterback was an advantage for the Jets, Bengals’ head coach Zac Taylor said the team would game plan for both Fields and Taylor.

The Bengals enter the matchup as 6.5-point favorites, and regardless of who New York starts under center, the Bengals need to be prepared and hopefully get more pressure on them than we saw last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Taylor will be an interesting name to watch on the injury reports as the week progresses.
