The 2025 NFL Combine in Indianapolis kicks off this week and it will provide the New York Giants an up-close look at several notable prospects.

However, one potential draft target, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders, has opted to sit this one out… Sort of.

Although Sanders will meet with teams, he has decided not to throw at Lucas Oil Stadium. Instead, he will let his four years of college film speak for itself.

Sanders will return to the field and throw to his Colorado teammates at their Pro Day.

#Colorado QB and potential top pick Shedeur Sanders plans to focus on his interviews with teams at the NFL Scouting Combine, helping them continue to learn him as a person.

The date of Colorado’s Pro Day has not been set.

Sanders also attended the 100th East-West Shrine Bowl but did not participate, although he unofficially chatted with several coaches, including Brian Daboll.

A projected top pick in the 2025 NFL draft, Sanders finished his senior season completing 74 percent of his passes for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions over 13 games. He was eighth in the Heisman Trophy voting.
