The Jets can’t fix what went wrong, but a new leadership group can learn lessons from it. Rodgers’ play with the Jets was not close to his legendary Green Bay peak, but blaming Rodgers alone misses key errors the Jets made building their team. They overestimated how much one player can add, dismissed price, and ignored warning signs that could have helped them avoid the overwhelming disappointment of the last two years.
