Quarterback is obviously at the top of the list of Jets offseason needs. Aaron Rodgers is on the way out. There is no obvious successor in place. What else do the Jets need, though?
We often think of needs only in terms of position. At which spots do the Jets have enough to get by? At which are they week?
There are also roles to think about, however. On today’s podcast we discuss some of the key roles the Jets need filled.
The 2024 version of the Jets had plenty of struggles on offense. One of their under the radar issues was an inability to produce big plays. The reasons for that were many, but one was a lack of speed on the offensive side of the ball. Meanwhile, the Jets look solid on paper at the critical spots of cornerback and offensive line. However, there are critical roles still left to be filled.
