Phinsider Question Of The Day: What Are You Looking For Edition
The Phinsider The Phinsider

After another long offseason for the NFL and NCAA football, our Miami Dolphins will finally have live football again for the first time since early January. While this is not a game that counts toward the official season, it remains important for the coaching staff as they make decisions about the final roster for September. But what about you, the fan? I have to assume that most people who visit The Phinsider to stay updated on the latest Dolphins news and engage in discussions with fellow Phins fans are “rabid fans.” As rabid fans, most of us don’t miss a single game all year, including the preseason. While the coaches use the preseason to help prepare players for the upcoming season, they also use it as a tool to decide on what the final roster will look like come September. As fans, we’re primarily interested in observing how a veteran player has developed their game from season to season, how a player returning from injury performs, and of course, how the new additions—such as free agent signings and draft picks—perform against NFL-level talent and maybe most of all just to watch some real football action again. But what about you?

This evening’s Phinsider Question Of The Day is:

What are you most looking forward to or hoping to observe in the Miami Dolphins’ preseason game against the Chicago Bears this coming Sunday? Are there specific players you want to watch, and if so, why? What aspects of their performance will you be focusing on, and why?
