After the long beating that is the NFL offseason, our Miami Dolphins will once again return to playing meaningful football in a little less than two weeks from now. With training camp and the preseason now wrapped up, NFL teams have turned to their final cuts. While they call it the final cuts, we all know that the next two weeks will also have some of the normal “churning” of the bottom of the roster with so many free players hitting the market all at the same time. Given the Dolphins’ issues with talent in the secondary and depth on the offensive line, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Miami pull off a trade or two for some depth players as well.
So, with the season right around the corner and with the “final” cuts having been made by the time that this post goes up, the Phinsider Question Of The Day is:
With our Miami Dolphins and the rest of the NFL working through their “final” cuts by 4 PM EST today, which players cut from other teams should the Phins front office reach out to in order to upgrade a position on the roster?
