And so. . .the end is near. . .
Well, ladies and gentlemen, it’s finally here. The last game of the 2024 NFL season is upon us, as Super Bowl LIX. . .that’s 59 for you non-Romans. . .comes to us live from New Orleans as the Philadelphia Eagles face off against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs are looking to win their third straight Super Bowl, something that no team has ever accomplished, while the Eagles are looking to win their second Lombardi Trophy.
I know that most of us aren’t terribly excited about this game. Honestly, I can assure you that I’m not. But this is the last meaningful game of football that any of us are going to see for the next seven months, so we’ve got a place for fans of the Minnesota Vikings to hang out and talk about it. Or you can talk about the commercials. Or what you’re eating. Or pretty much anything else you’d like.
