The 2024 NFL season might have just ended but it is never too soon to start looking ahead to the 2025 season. Free agency is just around the corner followed by the draft and so for teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers, there is no time off.
After finishing 9-7 in 2024 and making the playoffs, the Steelers know there is plenty of work to do because this team continues to fall short in the playoffs. We have the Steelers opponents, road and home for next season and it is going to be another huge challenge for Pittsburgh.
Pro Football Network put out their probability percentages for each of the Steelers games and things aren’t great.
PFN only gives the Steelers a better than 50 percent chance of victory in four of their 17 games in 2025. The four games they give the Steelers a shot in are the road game against the New England Patriots, a home game against the Indianapolis Colts and both games against the Cleveland Browns.
The Steelers have never had a losing season under head coach Mike Tomlin but that could be in serious jeopardy next season.
