PFF reveals Saints rookie snap counts and grades

As the 2025 season winds down, it’s time to start player evaluations and PFF has already broken down all the rookie’s production from 32 teams by total snaps played to date using PFF Grades and Wins Above Replacement (WAR). Their rankings have been complied among those players who have played at least 100 snaps this season. So, let’s take a look at how the New Orleans Saints rookie class fared this season.

• Kelvin Banks Jr. played the most snaps, with 1066.
• Kelvin Banks Jr. led the team’s rookie class in PFF grade at 76.4.
• Tyler Shough led the team’s rookie class in WAR at 1.132.
• Tyler Shough ranked 1st among rookie quarterbacks in PFF grade at 74.6.
• Danny Stutsman ranked 3rd among rookie linebackers in PFF grade at 71.5.

Banks and Shough’s productivity have been noticed leaguewide as both just were named to the PFWA All-Rookie team. Shough was also named the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Month for December/January 2025 and is nominated for NFL Rookie of the Year, which fans can vote on at Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Year | NFL.com from now until January 30th.
