When the Las Vegas Raiders hired head coach Pete Carroll, fans expected stability. However, it has been anything but that, with the Raiders at 2-10 and no wins in sight on the schedule. It has frustrated fans to the point where they want another head coaching change.

The front office and Tom Brady are noticing it. Brady was involved in the hiring of Pete Carroll and Chip Kelly, according to The Athletic. That tandem didn’t last long, with Kelly out of a job and the Raiders among the worst offenses in the league.
