Plus, the Detroit Lions are favored to win it all.
The New England Patriots have won just four games in each of the last two seasons.
Fans expect that to be the minimum in 2025.
When surveyed, 60 percent of Patriots fans said they expect the team to win between four and eight games next season. That would mark the club’s fourth consecutive losing season, the longest streak since falling under .500 for five consecutive seasons from 1989 to 1993.
Some fans are more optimistic. Thirty-seven percent say the Patriots will win nine to twelve games in 2025. New head coach Mike Vrabel won between nine and twelve games in each of his first four seasons with the Tennessee Titans.
A particularly pessimistic two percent of the fanbase expects New England to win fewer games than it did last season, while an optimistic one percent think the team can win 13 games or more for the first time since 2017.
With Super Bowl LX less than a year away, Patriots fans have the Detroit Lions as a narrow early favorite to win. They received 23 percent of the vote, with the Buffalo Bills just behind them at 21 percent. The Baltimore Ravens were next up at 18 percent, with the Philadelphia Eagles repeating at 15 percent.
The Kansas City Chiefs, meanwhile, received just under 2 percent of the vote after getting blown out in Super Bowl LIX.
