Pats Pulpit
The New England Patriots are winners of eight straight games, and will face a golden opportunity to make it nine in a row this week. Standing between them and a 10-2 record, after all, is a Cincinnati Bengals team that has had to deal with all sorts of issues heading into Week 12.
Unsurprisingly, a look at the odds presented by FanDuel Sportsbook shows that the Patriots are seen as big road favorites for Sunday.
While the Patriots have not been beaten since Week 3 and are tied for the best record in the NFL, the Bengals are entering the game with a 3-7 record and without their starting quarterback (Joe Burrow), No. 1 wide receiver (JaโMarr Chase) and best defender (Trey Hendrickson). Add the fact that they are fielding arguably the worst defense in football and you can see why New England is more than a touchdown favorite even on the road.
Kickoff between the Patriots and Bengals at Cincinnatiโs Paycor Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 23.
