The Patriots have begun assembling their staff under new head coach Mike Vrabel.
The New England Patriots and their new head coach, Mike Vrabel, have started assembling their staff for the 2025 season. While plenty of moving pieces remain in place, the first assistants have already been brought aboard.
In order not to get lost amid a flurry of news and rumors, here is an up-to-date look at what New England’s staff looks like.

The Patriots have only just started the process of filling out their staff, with a majority of the positions on it as of yet unoccupied. In addition, not every incoming assistant has a set role just yet. Furthermore, some holdovers from previous head coach Jerod Mayo’s coaching staff are also still unaccounted for.

Besides their coaching staff, the Patriots will also have to fill some roles on their support staff (i.e. the strength and conditioning staff, game management). They have already begun the process of restructuring that part of their football operations.
