Higgins posted just the blue ballcap emoji Tuesday night to X, leaving plenty of thoughts open to interpretation while Patriots fans flooded the comment section pleading with the standout wide receiver to come to New England.
Higgins tallied 4,595 yards with 34 touchdowns in his five seasons with the Bengals.
