The Patriots reportedly have made a pair of roster additions.
New England is signing defensive tackle Isaiah Iton and offensive guard Mehki Butler, according to a report from MassLiveβs Mark Daniels on Monday. Both players were in Foxboro, Mass., on a tryout basis during rookie minicamp.
Iton landed with the Tennessee Titans practice squad last season after he went undrafted in 2024. The 6-foot-2, 294-pound defensive lineman overlapped with Patriots defensive line coach Clint McMillan when they were both in Tennessee.
Butler went undrafted after the 2025 NFL Draft. Butler started his collegiate career at Iowa Western Community College, being named a NJCAA First Team All-American, before he concluded at Arkansas State where he carved out a role at left guard.
