With just hours to go in the NFL’s Pro Bowl fan voting, New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye has some company from his own team when it comes to leading contenders from specific positional groups.

While Maye was the overall leader in total fan votes as of Monday afternoon, Patriots rookie Julian Ashby was pacing all AFC long snappers.

Patriots beat writer Christopher Price of the Boston Globe shared that a host of New England players were among the top-five AFC vote getters at their positions on Monday afternoon.

They included center Garrett Bradbury, safety Jaylinn Hawkins, cornerback Marcus Jones, linebacker Harold Landry, special teamer Brenden Schooler, kicker Andres Borregales and tight end Hunter Henry.

“Some other Pro Bowl vote notes: Bradbury: 4th among AFC centers Hawkins: 3rd among AFC free safeties Jones: 2nd among AFC CBs Landry: 4th among AFC OLBs Schooler: 2nd among AFC special teamers Borregales: 5th among AFC kickers Ashby: 1st among AFC long snappers Henry: 4th among AFC TEs,” Price posted on Bluesky.

The Patriots selected Ashby in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft and the 23-year-old has played in all 14 games thus far, appearing on the field for 115 special teams snaps.

Pro Bowl fan voting closes at midnight.
