New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye typically isn’t the flashiest guy, but he brought out some heat for his debut on Monday Night Football.
Maye was seen wearing a sweet jacket during his arrival to Gillette Stadium, complete with Patriots-themed patchwork and piping down the arms. The Patriots made sure to share their quarterback’s gameday fit on X.
It’s about as good a jacket as you’ll find…
Maye wasn’t the only person who saved a special outfit for the prime time matchup, as wide receiver Mack Hollins wore a jumpsuit and carried a spare tire into the facility — an outfit that was inspired by his “Mackanics” series on Tik Tok.
Christian Gonzalez didn’t work too hard on his outfit, but did drive a custom truck to work. No, seriously, his truck was wrapped to advertise for “The Happiness Project” — an apparel company that raises money for mental health awareness initiatives.
The Patriots will hope all the pregame work will pay off with a victory over the New York Giants — with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.
