The Patriots’ full schedule will be released at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, but we already know some key dates.
The Miami Dolphins and New York Giants‘ schedules were leaked, according to The 33rd Team’s Ari Meirov. New England will face each team, and received a tough break as it pertains to the former, as it will go on the road for a matchup in Week 2 before hosting a rematch in Week 18.
What does that mean?
New England and Miami will be dealing with some extreme weather.
The Patriots have historically struggled in early-season matchups against the Dolphins, though the NFL has tried to avoid South Florida in September. New England is 2-10 in its last 12 trips to Hard Rock Stadium. Miami, on the other hand, is 4-2 in its last six trips to Gillette Stadium.
