The New England Patriots will see Aaron Rodgers again in 2025.

The four-time NFL MVP and Super Bowl XLV finally agreed to sign a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday before next week’s mandatory minicamp, per NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero.

The Patriots split the season with Rodgers and the New York Jets in 2024 with a September loss at MetLife Stadium and an October win at Gillette Stadium. Rodgers averaged 257 passing yards in those two games with four touchdowns and no interceptions against New England’s defense under Jerod Mayo.

Rodgers holds a 3-3 record in his career against the Patriots with 237.3 passing yards per game with 10 touchdowns and just one interception in those matchups.

Rodgers and the Steelers are set to visit Gillette Stadium for a Week 3 battle with the Patriots on Sept. 21. New England won the last three meetings against Pittsburgh and hasn’t lost to the Steelers in Foxboro since 2008, the last time Pittsburgh won the Super Bowl.
