Mark your calendars!

The New England Patriots announced that Julian Edelman and Bill Parcells will officially be inducted into the team’s Hall of Fame on Sept. 20 at 4 p.m. ET. The event will be free and open to the public.

At the 2025 NFL Annual League Meetings, Patriots owner Robert Kraft revealed that he called Parcells and asked the former head coach if he would be “Kind enough to accept going into our Patriots Hall of Fame.”

“He had been a finalist for five years,” Kraft told reporters. “I thought it would be great, given what he’s done for the team, if he would accept entry as a contributor into the Patriots Hall of Fame. And he accepted.”

Parcells was the head coach of the Patriots for four seasons from 1993 to 1996, having earned AP NFL Coach of the Year honors in 1994.

New England also announced that Edelman would be inducted into the Hall of Fame after a fan vote, beating Logan Mankins and Adam Vinatieri.

Edelman was selected by New England in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft and spent his entire 12-year career with the Patriots. He had many crowning moments during his tenure in Foxborough, but one of the most memorable was when he made an iconic catch in the Patriots’ comeback win against the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI. And he was also Super Bowl LIII MVP in the win over the Los Angeles Rams.

These are well-deserved honors for two very important members of the franchise, and fans will get the chance to celebrate with Edelman and Parcells in September.
