The Green Bay Packers are back at the top of the NFC North after their win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Before we start breaking down any analysis from this game, let’s take a look at the team’s snap counts to set the table for the week ahead. With some key players returning from injury, plus the Packers losing defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt, there were some changes to their depth chart this week.

We’ll break this down position-by-position. As always, the snap counts below are for each player’s offensive or defensive contributions. Special teams snaps are in parentheses.

Quarterback

  • Jordan Love: 52 snaps
  • Malik Willis: 0

Running Back

  • Josh Jacobs: 37
  • Chris Brooks: 8 (15 SPT)
  • Emanuel Wilson: 8 (5 SPT)

Now that starting running back Josh Jacobs is healthy, Emanuel Wilson’s snap count is starting to drop again. His special teams snaps are up, as he’s filled in as a backup returner with Savion Williams out, but those should drop back down when Williams returns from his injury. If the Packers end up activating MarShawn Lloyd, it could put Wilson’s roster spot at risk, like how the elevation of Jayden Reed meant the end of Malik Heath on the 53-man roster.

Receiver

  • Christian Watson: 44
  • Romeo Doubs: 42 (4 SPT)
  • Jayden Reed: 25
  • CB Bo Melton: 9 (11 SPT)
  • Dontayvion Wicks: 5
  • Mathew Golden: 5

The only surprise here is that Jayden Reed was able to be so active in his return to the team. Moving forward, the Packers’ outside receivers will be Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson with Reed in the slot. Cornerback Bo Melton, Dontayvion Wicks and Matthew Golden will rotate in as the WR4-WR6 with Savion Williams being the WR7.

Tight End

  • John FitzPatrick: 29 (4 SPT)
  • Josh Whyle: 21 (7 SPT)
  • Luke Musgrave: 21

Luke Musgrave made some plays down the field this week, but he was still third in the pecking order in terms of the tight end rotation. As of now, the team is really gameplanning their tight end usage, with John FitzPatrick mostly being used on run downs and Musgrave mostly being used on passing downs.

Offensive Line

  • Anthony Belton: 52 (4 SPT)
  • Aaron Banks: 52 (4 SPT)
  • Rasheed Walker: 52 (4 SPT)
  • Sean Rhyan: 52 (4 SPT)
  • Zach Tom: 52 (4 SPT)
  • Darian Kinnard: 6 (4 SPT)
  • Jordan Morgan: 0 (4 SPT)
  • Jacob Monk: 0 (4 SPT)

The starting offensive line of Rasheed Walker-Aaron Banks-Sean Rhyan-Anthony Belton-Zach Tom (left to right) again played every snap of this game. Darian Kinnard got six looks on offense, but as the team’s sixth offensive lineman, essentially playing a tight end role.

Defensive End

  • Micah Parsons: 59
  • Rashan Gary: 39
  • Kingsley Enagbare: 37 (8 SPT)
  • Barryn Sorrell: 11
  • Arron Mosby: 0 (20 SPT)
