On Saturday evening, the Green Bay Packers will hit the road to take on the Chicago Bears in a highly consequential battle that could go a long way in determining the winner of the NFC North. The Packers are coming off a costly road loss to the Denver Broncos that saw star pass rusher Micah Parsons go down with a torn ACL, in addition to multiple other key injuries.

On Thursday, the team got the latest update on two of its most important offensive skill positional players: Josh Jacobs and Christian Watson.

“Packers are listing RB Josh Jacobs and WR Christian Watson as questionable for Saturday night’s game in Chicago,” reported ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter on X, formerly Twitter.

The Packers would certainly love to have both Jacobs and Watson in the lineup on Saturday against a stout Bears defense.

Currently, the Packers sit at 9-4-1 on the season following the loss to the Broncos, still in contention for the vaunted NFC North crown but needing a win on the road in Chicago to keep any realistic hope of winning the division alive.

It also remains to be seen how the Packers will go about replacing the production of Parsons, who went down with a non-contact injury in the second half of the game against the Broncos, which was later revealed to be a devastating ACL tear for the star.

In any case, the Packers and Lions are slated to kick things off on Saturday at 8:20 pm ET.
