Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (thumb) and center Elgton Jenkins (hip) are officially in for the 2025 season opener against the Detroit Lions, according to the Packers’ final injury report going into the game. Despite Jenkins being a limited participant throughout the week and questions about whether or not Love can hand off the ball with his left hand, they’ll both be active in Week 1.

The players who were listed as questionable for Week 1 on Friday were safety Zayne Anderson (knee), cornerback Nate Hobbs (knee), defensive end Micah Parsons (back), receiver Jayden Reed (foot), defensive end Barryn Sorrell (knee), receiver Dontayvion Wicks (calf) and receiver Savion Williams (hamstring). Reed and Hobbs were non-participants on Wednesday, but both practiced on Thursday and Friday as limited participants. Everyone else who was listed as questionable participated in practice on a limited basis from Wednesday through Friday.

At a minimum, there were no setbacks in practice this week. Keep an eye out for practice squad call-ups on Saturday, which will tell us a lot about whether the Packers are confident that their questionable players will be able to suit up against the Lions.

On Detroit’s end of the injury report, the only players who were given game statuses were three backups who are officially ruled out for the game already: tackle Jamarco Jones (ankle), linebacker Trevor Nowaske (elbow) and running back Sione Vaki (hamstring). Rookie receiver Isaac TeSlaa, who is set to take over the third receiver role for the Lions, was limited with an illness on Thursday but was a full participant on Friday.
