The full 2025 Detroit Lions schedule dropped Wednesday night. Which away games are you circling?

The 2025 NFL schedule is finally here, and you can find all the details on the Detroit Lions’ upcoming games here. The Lions were in high demand, getting five primetime games and 12 nationally televised games. Boy, how the tables have turned the last few years.

Question of the day: Which 2025 Lions road games do you want to attend?

This year, it feels like there are a lot of reasons to circle road games. The Lions open at the Packers, which I can’t remember the last time the Lions played at Lambeau this early in the year. It’ll be a unique opportunity to see Green Bay in good weather.

There will be extra incentive to see the Bears on the road now that Ben Johnson has left to coach the division rivals. To add fuel to the fire, it’s the last game of the season. Given the Lions’ tough schedule, there could be serious playoff implications in that game.

In between those two, the Lions will hit the road to face the best of the best. They play Baltimore on the road, as well as both of last year’s Super Bowl teams in Kansas City and Philadelphia.

My answer: Above all that though, I know the game most folks are circling: November 9. The Lions travel to the DMV to play the Washington Commanders in a rematch of the playoff upset that left Lions fans nationwide stunned. Considering how that felt as a fan, I have to imagine the players will have that game circled in red marker on their calendars.

Personally, I’m on the east coast so I’m circling the Commanders, Ravens, and Eagles games to catch the Lions on the road. But that Washington game is as lucrative as any other one on the schedule.
