Seattle Seahawks guard Anthony Bradford has become a hot talking point on social media, but not for the reasons anyone wants.
Bradford is in his third season with the Seattle Seahawks, having already set a career high in snaps played. A fourth-round pick out of LSU in 2023, Bradford’s third NFL season has left a lot to be desired.
But boy, do the Seahawks need Bradford to figure things out. Look at this video package of him struggling in Sunday’s close 18-16 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Philip Rivers’ first game after a five-year absence.

And Sunday’s win over Indy wasn’t the only instance of Bradford struggling this year:

Bradford is lost on basically every major play and continues to cost his team.
Bradford is the worst player in the league right now and one of the worst we have ever seen.

Per Pro Football Focus, Bradford has committed three penalties and allowed two sacks. He has an overall PFF grade of 50, including a horrific 37.7 pass-blocking grade that ranks 71st out of 77 guards.
The Seattle Seahawks have been one of the NFL’s biggest surprises this season. They’re 11-3 and tied with the NFC West rival Los Angeles Rams for the best record in the NFC. With a victory over the Rams on Thursday night, the Seahawks would take sole possession of first place in the conference.
The primary reason for Seattle’s success is its defense, which is allowing just 17.3 points per game. That’s the second-best mark in the NFL, behind only the Houston Texans (16.3 points allowed per game).
Sam Darnold has also been a major upgrade over Geno Smith, who’s enduring a nightmare of a year with the Las Vegas Raiders. Jaxon Smith-Njigba is also enjoying a career year with a league-leading 1,541 yards.
Seattle will end a three-year playoff drought. But can they win their first playoff game since 2019? They certainly look as dangerous as any NFC team not named the Rams.
