Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are favored to win all 17 of their 2025 regular-season games by the oddsmakers.
According to the DraftKings sportsbook, the reigning AFC runner-ups are the only NFL team that has opened as a way-too-early favorite in each of their regular-season contests this season.
The Buffalo Bills are a 1.5-point favorite over the Baltimore Ravens in their Week 1 “Sunday Night Football” clash at Highmark Stadium, a rematch of last season’s thrilling AFC Divisional Round showdown.
Over the next six games (at New York Jets, vs. Miami Dolphins, vs. New Orleans Saints and vs. New England Patriots, at Atlanta Falcons and at Carolina Panthers), the Bills are favored by 5.5 or more points.
The Buffalo Bills are a slight 2.5-point favorite for Week 9 against the Kansas City Chiefs, a 3.5-point favorite at the Houston Texans in Week 12 and a 1.5-point favorite vs. the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles in Week 17. Otherwise, they’re favored by 4.5 or more points in every other contest.

Of course, there’s a high chance that Sean McDermott’s squad will eventually be listed as an underdog for one of those games. They’re listed as favorites over the Ravens, Eagles and Chiefs right now because of home field advantage.
After reaching the 2020 AFC Championship Game, the Bills proceeded to drop heartbreaking games in the Divisional Round in three straight years. They finally returned to the final four last season, only to lose to Patrick Mahomes’ Chiefs in the playoffs for the fourth time in five years.
Buffalo will always have a chance as long as Josh Allen is playing at an MVP-caliber level, but the AFC is tougher than ever now with the Texans, Cincinnati Bengals, Los Angeles Chargers and Denver Broncos also looking to join the Bills, Chiefs and Ravens in the class of the AFC’s elite.
