New England Patriots media was caught in the middle of Cardi B and Offset’s messy divorce proceedings.
A lot is going on between Cardi B and Offset that would take too much time to explain; a segment on “The Greg Hill Show” on Monday was not enough to capture the scope of it. The former couple are not friendly with each other, to say the least. And their divorce has not been finalized after Cardi B filed paperwork last August.
The Grammy Award winner officially moved on to a new relationship when she made her pairing with Stefon Diggs official on Instagram. Offset quickly caught wind of the post and didn’t take long to respond.
“Good roll out n PR,” Offset said Saturday in a now-deleted post on X.
The former Migos member also posted a GIF of a basketball player along with the text “today I pass.” Diggs seemed to respond to that on his Instagram story Sunday when he posted a black and white picture of himself with a football.
It’s weird and kind of cringy, and Diggs’ post came after the drama around a viral video release over Memorial Day weekend that had him in hot water.
Offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels didn’t express worry when Diggs returned to OTAs on Monday, but it’s probably best for the Patriots wide receiver to keep any drama away from One Patriot Place.
