Odell Beckham Jr. heading back to New York to play for the Giants is all kinds of awesome. He turned into one of the league’s biggest stars not just during his time, but all time. Who was once a Rookie of the Year, Super Bowl champion, and receiver of one of the greatest catches in NFL history, is back in the biggest city in America, ready to try and win a championship.
Beckham Jr. made his feelings extremely clear about this reunion on Wednesday when talking to the media.
"I never wanted to leave here. I hate losing… all I ever wanted to do was win. And that's all I want to do now."

“I used to be in here looking at all these banners,” Beckham Jr. said. “All I ever wanted to do for this place was win. Everybody knows I never wanted to leave here. I hate losing, I hated it. All I ever wanted to do was win, and that is all I want to do now. Everyone wants to win a Super Bowl. It’s a lot, winning takes a lot. I have been there before. I am just trying to do what I can for this team and be the best version of myself.”
The Giants already released a hype video for Odell’s return.

Beckham Jr isn’t going to be a “key” weapon for the Giants outside of maybe a few games this season. It will be hard for a 33-year-old to get back to the flow he once had. We all know how talented he was when he was in his prime. But injuries and other factors have led to slower play.
Whether Beckham Jr. makes a serious impact or not may not matter to some people in New York, as they just love the idea of seeing their once-favorite player back in blue.
