– The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fell to the Los Angeles Rams, 34-7, on Sunday and are now 6-5 on the season.

– Tampa Bay rushed for 123 yards, marking the eighth time this season that the Buccaneers surpassed 100 yards rushing – tied for the fourth-most 100-yard rushing games in the NFL this season. Rachaad White took seven carries for 38 yards (5.4 average), while Sean Tucker led the team with 42 rushing yards on 12 attempts.

Baker Mayfield threw his 18th touchdown of the season prior to exiting the game due to injury. His 18 passing touchdowns in 2025 are tied for the eighth-most in the NFL this season.

Mayfield has rushed 16 times on third down this season. Fourteen have gone for first downs, including two on Sunday (87.5% success rate). That is the highest first-down rush percentage on third-down attempts among all QBs (min. 10 attempts).

Tez Johnson hauled in a 14-yard touchdown pass from Mayfield to pick up his fifth receiving touchdown of the season. Johnson’s five receiving touchdowns are tied for the second-most by a rookie this season, trailing only teammate Emeka Egbuka.

Johnson’s five touchdown receptions are tied for the second-most by a seventh-round pick in his rookie season behind only Marques Colston’s eight in 2006.

Emeka Egbuka added three receptions and 32 yards to his rookie season totals. He currently leads all rookies with 749 receiving yards and six receiving touchdowns, while ranking tied for third in receptions (48). Egbuka has the fifth-most receiving yards, tied for the fifth-most receiving touchdowns and tied for the ninth-most receptions by a rookie in franchise history.

– Among all players with 35+ catches on the season,Egbuka ranks third in the NFL in yards per reception (15.6). Egbuka’s 16 receptions of 20+ yards this season are the third-most in the NFL, trailing only Jaxon Smith-Njigba (21) and George Pickens (17). Smith-Njigba (16.4) and Pickens (15.7) are also the only two players ahead of Egbuka in yards per reception.

– Defensively, the Buccaneers limited the Rams to 70 yards rushing, marking the eighth time this season that Tampa Bay has allowed fewer than 100 yards rushing, which ranks tied for the most-such games in the NFL this season.

– Tampa Bay has now had seven occurrences this season in which the team has rushed for 100+ yards offensively, while holding their opponent to fewer than 100 rushing yards defensively – two more such games than any other team this season.

Lavonte David tallied his 176th career tackle for loss, tying Aaron Donald for the third-most in league history since tackles for loss became officially tracked in 2008. David, along with Antoine Winfield Jr., led the team with eight tackles each.
