There aren’t many better feelings on a football Sunday than the relaxed comfort that a huge Thursday night win provides. The Detroit Lions are 8-5 and just a game-and-a-half out of a playoff spot. By the end of the day, the Lions are essentially guaranteed to be no more than a single game out of the postseason. Lions fans can just relax knowing that no matter what happens on Sunday, Detroit’s playoff hopes are suddenly as alive as ever.

This post, however, is just to chat while the 1 p.m. ET games are going on. Here’s what that group of games looks like in Week 14:
1 p.m. ET games
Admittedly, there’s really only one game that matters for the Lions, and that’s the first one listed. Root for the Falcons to upset the Seahawks.
But there are some intriguing AFC matchups in the early set. Colts vs. Jaguars and Steelers vs. Ravens will both decide who leaders their respective division. High-stakes football is always fun to watch, even if it doesn’t involve the Lions.
