Welcome to Week 13 of the regular season!
Well, I guess Thanksgiving welcomed us already with four games already out of the way by the time Sunday rolled around. Thankfully, the Kansas City Chiefs took another blow to their playoff hopes and I would love to see that trend continue. The NFL deserves a fresh playoff field for 2025.
For the early game slot, the only game of real interest is that AFC South showdown between the Texans and Colts. I haven’t quite figured out who I want to root for. I’m leaning Texans because the Colts let us down with such a lackluster fourth quarter against the Chiefs a few weeks ago. Plus, the Broncos have a tiebreaker with the Texans in seeding drama later this season. I’d be okay with the Colts dropping back a bit.
