Pats Pulpit
The New England Patriots did not wait until the final day of the NFL trading period to make moves. On Tuesday, exactly one week before the window is set to close, they shipped away Keion White and Kyle Dugger.
Will those remain their only trades? Time will tell, because deadlines such as the one coming up on 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday do tend to spur action in the NFL. For now, however, Patriots fans believe that at least one move is still in the making: as a look at the results of the latest SB Nation Reacts survey shows, 87% of fans believe that the team will still be involved in at least one trade before Tuesday.
The comment section partially reflected this result, but it was not quite as confident predicting future trades.
Linollieum Definitely will be interesting to see. It made sense to move White and dugger even if for very little value, since neither seemed to be scheme/team fits anymore given their limited production, but would like to see a move, even if its a Kyle Van Noy style depth/flier type of low risk move
Bits_of_Real_Panther I can imagine them making a move for a backup edge that is the reverse of the Dugger/White deals. For the first time in many years they do not have many cuttable guys but Durden does not bring a lot to the IDL
It is stunning how quickly the Pats have begun to create a contending roster, and I still don’t believe they are contender this year but next year with a few more picks and a couple key free agents hell yesFelkey
Still hoping they swing one or two more trades. You never know when you might stumble into an improvement role player (2014) or even a key play maker (kvn).KissBillsRings I’d like to see them get a high profile edge & a player nobody seems to talk much about in the trade spectrum & that trying to land Kyle Pitts off the FalconsId give up both this years 1st & next years 2nd & this years extra 4th we got from KC…..THAT would be AMAZING!!
For Pats Sake My prediction is EDGE and LB.

I don’t see any other trade coming before nov 4th. Vrabel is building a team and have time as he wins. So no need to go through crazy trades. We have draft26 just nearby and even if we miss some positions LB, DE, S, TE, C, T it will targeted during draft and FA. No need to accelerate and spend to much draft picks. We are not ALL IN now we don’t have cap space problems.
Just look at WR ? Two months ago we needed one or two. Now we finally think we have good ones. No emergency soon on WR squad. Replacing one day Diggs yes but through draft or FA next year. ...
