The Tennessee Titans are one of the worst teams in the NFL and the firing of head coach Brian Callahan further signaled this team will be a seller at the NFL trade deadline. However, teams hoping to get an All-Pro talent out of Tennessee will be disappointed. ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler shared on 104.5 The Zone that he doesn’t believe the Titans want to trade Jeffery Simmons. Instead, per Fowler, Tennessee is more focused on moving edge rusher Arden Key, cornerback Roger McCreary and tight end Chig Okonkwo.

Multiple contenders, including the Los Angeles Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs, are in the market for a running back ahead of the NFL trade deadline. New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara has been one of the most talked-about NFL trade candidates in recent weeks. However, Kamara told reporters this week that he doesn’t want to be traded. If New Orleans were to trade him, the 30-year-old indicated that he would just retire. Given Kamara’s legacy and his importance to the franchise, the front office is expected to honor his wish to remain in New Orleans.
Following the season-ending injury to Malik Nabers, the New York Giants have been in the market for pass-catching help to support rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart. Fortunately for New York, wide receiver is one of the deeper positions in terms of trade candidates. For now, though, the Giants’ front office is setting its sights higher. According to SNY’s Connor Hughes, the Giants are “big-game hunting” with interest in Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, Las Vegas Raiders receiver Jakobi Meyers, and New Orleans Saints wideout Chris Olave. Of the trio, Meyers is the likeliest to be traded.
Alvin Kamara and New York Jets running back Breece Hall are among the ball-carriers who have popped up in NFL trade rumors this month. It’s the reflection of a market of buyers who are all seeking help at the running back position. ESPN‘s Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler reported that the Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, New England Patriots, and Houston Texans are all tied to the running back market. Even if Hall and Kamara aren’t traded, there are options such as Jerome Ford (Cleveland Browns), Jaylen Wright (Miami Dolphins), Devin Singletary (New York Giants), and Keaton Mitchell (Baltimore Ravens).
