NFL Playoffs 2026: Divisional round schedule is set
Hogs Haven Hogs Haven

There were some great games over the NFL’s three day Wild Card Weekend and now we know the matchups for this weekend’s divisional round. We have four games to watch over two days, with an AFC and NFC game each day.

The NFL’s Divisional playoff rounds starts Saturday afternoon with an AFC game between the Buffalo Bills and the Denver Broncos. The Bills are favored on the road against the #1 seed Broncos

The Saturday night game features and NFC West rematch between the No. 6 seed San Francisco 49ers and the No. 1 seed Seattle Seahawks. The 49ers are the heros of the playoffs, knocking last year’s Super Bowl champions, the Philadelphia Eagles. The Seahawks are big favorites, and won’t their last game against the 49ers to claim the top spot. Can the Niners luck continue against the Super Bowl favorites?

Sunday starts off with the AFC again, The Houston Texans just defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers to secure the last spot in the divisional round, and their smothering defense was on display again. The Patriots faced one of the easiest NFL schedules…ever, but they easily took care of the Los Angeles Chargers to move on to the next round.

The divisional round finishes on Sunday night with the Los Angeles Rams visiting the Chicago Bears. The Rams took out the upstart Carolina Panthers in a game that was closer than a lot of people expected. Chicago ended the Green Bay Packers season, and put head coach Matt LaFleur’s job status in the spotlight. Can Chicago continue on the same path the Commanders were on last season with one more win?
