Despite a four game losing skid, the Bengals are still very much alive in the AFC Playoff picture after a massive divisional win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Despite not having Joe Burrow or Trey Hendrickson, the Joe Flacco led Bengals were able to battle out a thrilling win moving to 3-4 on the season with an opportunity to get back to .500 next week.

With this win, Dianna Russini of The Athletic shared an update on the current trade status of Hendrickson and it is incredibly encouraging for Bengals fans.

“Bengals All-Pro pass rusher Trey Hendrickson is drawing attention around the league, with the 49ers showing the most interest. Cincinnati isn’t shopping him, and after the Bengals’ Thursday night win, most do not expect him to get moved,” Russini wrote.

It was very clear how poor the pass rush was against the Steelers without Hendrickson and the defense was unable to get within three yards of Aaron Rodgers all night.

Hendrickson missed the game with a back issue but now has a mini bye to get healthy before the Jets come to town next Sunday.

There is life in Cincinnati folks, enjoy it.
