When head coaches Mike Vrabel and Kellen Moore cross paths, it will be for a matinee.

The Week 6 matchup between the New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints has been flexed out to 1 p.m. ET, the NFL announced Monday.

The Oct. 12 kickoff at Caesars Superdome was previously scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET when the 2025 release arrived in the spring. Instead, that Sunday window now belongs to the San Francisco 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Both afternoon games will remain on CBS.

New England climbed to 2-2 on the regular season with a 42-13 win at home over the weekend, while New Orleans fell to 0-4 with a 31-19 loss on the road. The meeting between the two sides will mark the first since quarterbacks Mac Jones and Derek Carr were under center for what became a shutout on Oct. 8, 2023.

Much has changed.

The undefeated Buffalo Bills host the Week 5 AFC East clash next Sunday. The primetime kickoff at Highmark Stadium is set for 8:20 p.m. ET.
