Football fans had plenty of interesting reactions after EA Sports revealed a brand new feature for franchise mode in “Madden 26.”
On Wednesday, the @EAMAddenNFL X/Twitter announced that franchise mode will feature “primetime” games on Thursday, Sunday and Monday nights. These games have unique graphics and are set at nighttime to give users the feel of playing a real primetime football game.

Here’s a glimpse at Madden NFL 26 Franchise Mode which will now feature halftime shows and weekly recaps with Scott Hanson, along with all-new custom broadcast packages for Sunday, Monday, and Thursday primetime games.

EA Sports is always looking at ways to update its video games and make them more compelling for users. They didn’t have a Thursday, Sunday, or Monday Night Football game feature before, and social media had all sorts of compelling reactions to the big reveal.

The new Madden 26 video game will be released on Aug. 26 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S and Windows.
