Shedeur Sanders recently purchased a brand-new Rolls Royce even though he said he didn’t want to spend his signing bonus from the Cleveland Browns. Money clearly is not an issue!
His car collection is envious.
Sanders, who officially began his NFL career with rookie minicamp earlier this month, projected as high as a top-10 pick. He ended up falling to the No. 144 overall pick in the fifth round. It cost him a lot of money in terms of his signing bonus.
No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward received $32 million from the Tennessee Titans. Sanders got $447,380.
Even though the NFL Draft slide was hard to swallow, it actually proved to be a great thing for his clothing brand. ‘Legendary’ saw approximately $650,000 in free exposure over the course of those three days in April. Multiple products were completely sold out by the time Cleveland called Sanders’ name.
Perhaps the youngest son of Deion Sanders used some of that ‘Legendary‘ money to buy himself a new set of wheels. Perhaps he dipped into his signing bonus.
If it was the latter, Shedeur Sanders changed his mind. He will wear No. 12 as a rookie with the Browns because he was not interested in purchasing the rights to No. 2 from its current owner.
I’m not trying to buy anything. My signing bonus ain’t that high right now.
— Shedeur Sanders
That was then. This is now. A custom Rolls Royce Ghost arrived to the Sanders estate over the weekend which means Shedeur bought something, even though he was not trying to buy anything.
It is unclear whether Shedeur Sanders’ new whip is straight off of the rack or pre-owned, but I believe it is the latter. Either way, the Rolls Royce Ghost typically carries a price tag of no less than $360,000. Here is how the car (depending on customizations) looks on the interior:
