A new video has surfaced of the altercation between Jalen Carter and Spencer Brown that led to the former’s cheap shot during Sunday’s game.

The Philadelphia Eagles narrowly held on for a tight 13-12 road win over the Buffalo Bills. Josh Allen’s game-winning two-point conversion attempt to a wide-open Khalil Shakir fell incomplete, and Philly clinched its fourth straight season of 11-plus wins.

Minutes before the Bills almost completed the comeback, cameras caught Jalen Carter slapping Spencer Brown in the head. Carter also eye gouged the hulking offensive lineman and committed the “throat slash” gesture that should have resulted in a penalty.

After the game, a reporter asked Spencer Brown if Jalen Carter’s dirty moves were “accidental.” Brown accused Carter of making the move intentionally.

This was brutal to watch. No penalty flag was thrown on the play.

A new camera angle has surfaced of the event leading up to the altercation. Brown can be seen giving Carter a shove, perhaps unhappy that he was trying to halt their no-huddle offense:

Looks like Brown gave Jalen Carter a shove prior to the snap because the Bills were trying to go No Huddle, Carter was taking his sweet time. I bet Carter was tired…

In Week 1, Carter got ejected for spitting in the face of Dak Prescott during the Eagles-Dallas Cowboys game. As Carter is a repeat offender, nobody should be surprised if he gets suspended for this incident with Brown.

Jalen Carter Is Having A Down 2025 Season With Eagles

Carter was named to a second straight Pro Bowl this year, but he hasn’t played up to the superstar-like standards we saw in his first two years.

The 24-year-old has three sacks and seven pass breakups in 11 games. However, he only has a Pro Football Focus grade of 60.8. This is a noticeable drop from the 73.3 PFF grade he posted the previous year.

Philadelphia hasn’t found any consistency on offense or defense this season. But as the defending Super Bowl champions, they know what it takes to win the big one. If the core players can just regain their elite forms in January, a repeat could be in order.
