The NFL’s annual mass job interview gets underway this week.
This week, the NFL unofficially begins its 2025 offseason with its first big post-Super Bowl event: the NFL Scouting Combine. Over the next several days, over 300 prospects eligible for the 2025 NFL Draft will meet with coaches and executives from teams across the league as well as media members as they go through a four-day gauntlet that includes medical and athletic testing.
This year’s event returns to Indianapolis once again, as the NFL has agreed to continue holding the event in Indy through at least 2026. The city has played host to the event every year since 1987, making next year’s Combine the 40th in the city’s history.
The Combine also brings out a critical mass of NFL media members, who spend the week interviewing prospects, coaches, and general managers and trying to get inside scoops on what will unfold over the next few months. This year, Acme Packing Company will not have a representative on-site, but we will be following the action closely from a distance in preparation for the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
In 2024, the Packers did not send their coaching staff to Indianapolis, and that appears to be the case once again this year with head coach Matt LaFleur not scheduled to speak. However, general manager Brian Gutekunst will be meeting with the media in the first available time slot on Tuesday morning.
Check out the timing on Gutekunst’s presser and the rest of the general schedule of events for this week below.
All workouts will be broadcast live and on replay on NFL Network and NFL.com.
Primary drills: 40-yard dash, vertical & broad jumps, bench press, 3-cone drill, short shuttle drill
Packers GM Brian Gutekunst: Tuesday, February 25th, 10:00 AM ET (9 AM CT)
