Drake Maye will make his 14th NFL start on Sunday, and NFL Network’s Adam Rank believes Maye could deliver the best performance of his young career.

Appearing on the NFL Network’s Fantasy Football Show on Friday, Rank made a bold prediction that Maye will go down to Miami and put on a show.

“Maye goes down to Miami and has three touchdown passes, and he also runs for one,” Rank said.

Maye has never had a four-touchdown game in his career, but the time to do it would be against the Miami Dolphins.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones passed for 272 yards and threw two touchdowns, while also rushing for 26 yards and scoring twice last week against Miami.

If Jones had an outstanding performance against the Dolphins, then Maye has a chance of doing the same.

Maye had a tough time during the Patriots’ loss to the Las Vegas Raiders last week, primarily because he needed to drop back 46 times. Each time he dropped back to pass, the Raiders’ defense was ready to make a play on the ball.

The Patriots must improve their rushing attack this week to open up the passing game, allowing Maye to have the opportunity to sit back in the pocket and throw for three touchdowns.
