New York Jets Flight Connections 12/22/25
Gang Green Nation Gang Green Nation

The New York Jets got blown out for the third straight game on Sunday. The New Orleans Saints came into the game with a 4 – 10 record and a struggling rookie quarterback at the helm. They looked to be on a similar level to the New York Jets. There was reason to believe the Jets had a legitimate shot at victory. For almost three quarters the Jets kept the game close, trailing 9 – 6 with less than two minutes remaining in the third quarter. Then the Saints scored 20 straight points to close out another blowout Jets loss.

If the Jets can’t even keep a game against a team like the Saints close, there is little reason to believe the team will be competitive against top teams like the Patriots and the Bills left on the team’s schedule. The Jets are a hapless, hopeless, lifeless team with a practice squad level quarterback and practice squad level starters at multiple positions right now. Another lost season is winding down. It must be Christmas time.
