The New York Jets take on the Buffalo Bills at home in MetLife Stadium on Sunday. The Bills are fresh off a season opening miracle comeback in a wild shootout over the Baltimore Ravens, where both teams scored 40+ points. For the Jets to have much of a chance against the Bills, the Jets defense will need to do a better job than the Ravens did. This Jets offense looked much improved last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but asking for 40+ points is a very tall order. Unfortunately for the Jets, Sauce Gardner has popped up on the injury report with a groin issue. A Jets defense with a hobbled or missing Sauce Gardner won’t stand much of a chance against Josh Allen and the Bills. Here’s hoping Gardner has a very speedy recovery leading up to the game.
