Good morning Gang Green Nation! Good news on the injury front for the New York Jets. Jets slot cornerback Michael Carter II was playing injured virtually the entire season last year, and it showed. Prior to last year Carter was in the conversation for best slot cornerback in the NFL. Last year, playing injured, Carter exited that conversation and became a liability on defense. Now we get word Carter is completely recovered going into training camp. A return to form for Carter would be a big positive development for the Jets defense, and it would go a long way towards returning the Jets cornerback group to a spot among the best in the NFL. That would be nice.
