Good morning Gang Green Nation! Pro Football Focus has ranked the New York Jets wide receiver group among the bottom five groups in the NFL. It’s just one opinion. PFF isn’t gospel. But looking at their analysis, it’s difficult to argue the Jets group isn’t somewhere in that neighborhood. That makes Garrett Wilson perhaps the single most important non-QB player on this team in 2025. If Wilson were to get injured or suspended, the Jets would instantly have the worst wide receiver group in the NFL. It’s difficult to imagine the Jets offense being anything north of dreadful were that to happen. Wilson isn’t necessarily the best non-QB player on this team, but he is probably the most indispensable. He hasn’t had much in the way of injury problems thus far in his career. Fingers crossed he continues to stay healthy this season.
