Good morning Gang Green Nation! The New York Jets announced they will have two scrimmages with the New York Giants this preseason. It’s fun to have scrimmages, and the players always reach a point in the preseason when they get tired of lining up against each other and want to hit some other teams, but I question whether the Giants are the right fit. These scrimmages against the Jets’ New York rivals often seem to devolve into heated encounters and fights. That’s not in anybody’s best interests. So while I like the idea of more scrimmages, I would prefer any team other than the Giants to scrimmage against.
